Standing Calf Raise
Start Position:

Standing while supporting yourself with hands

Lift both heels off the floor
Finish up with weight over the base of the big toe
Ensure you lift the heels as high as possible off the floor
Lower down for a count of 3 seconds
Perform 3 sets of 12 repetitions
