  • Standing with dumbbells in each hand & elbows fully extended


  • Keep the elbows into the side as you lift the weights up to shoulder height for a count of 3 seconds
  • Lower down slowly for a count of 3 seconds
  • Repeat 10 times. Rest
  • Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions (i.e. 30 in total)
