Assisted Shoulder Flexion
Start Position:
Lying on back with both knees bent
Action:
Lift the affected arm up and back towards the floor.
When you feel the movement is becoming more difficult then add pressure with the opposite side hand to push the arm a little further into flexion.

Calf Raises
Start Position:
Standing while supporting yourself with hands
Action:
Lift both heels off the floor
Finish up with weight over the base of the big toe
Ensure you lift the heels as high as possible off the floor

Calf Stretch
Start Position:
Standing with both hands against a wall. Place the leg to be stretched behind you while keeping the knee straight.
Feet pointing straight ahead.
Action:
Lean forward until you feel a good stretch along the back of the rear calf. Ensure you keep your heel in contact with the floor and refrain from bouncing movements.
Hold for 30 seconds.
