- Lying on back with one knee bent
- Grip behind the knee
- Pull the knee up towards the chest & hold for 3 seconds
- If pain allows, progress to pulling both knees to the chest & hold for 3 seconds
- Repeat for 12 repetitions. Perform on the opposite leg if done unilaterally.
