Knee-to-chest exercise

Knee-to-chest. Exercises for Low back pain. Physio Clinic Naas & Dalkey. Chiropractor Naas

 

Setup:

  • Lying on back with one knee bent
  • Grip behind the knee

Action:

  • Pull the knee up towards the chest & hold for 3 seconds
  • If pain allows, progress to pulling both knees to the chest & hold for 3 seconds
  • Repeat for 12 repetitions. Perform on the opposite leg if done unilaterally.
