Shoulder Internal Rotation

Start Position: Standing position. Ensure the far end of the theraband is tied securely.  The elbow will be externally rotated and the elbow in contact with your side.

Action:  Pull the theraband across in front of you until the hand touches the stomach. Keep the elbow in contact with the side. Return to the starting position.

Repeat ten times. Rest and repeat.
