Hip Abduction

Start Position:Lying on side with legs and spine in a straight line.

Action: Lift the uppermost leg up towards the ceiling.
Ensure that the pelvis stays in neutral and does not rotate backwards as you lift the leg.
Perform ten repetitions. Rest and repeat.
